Error Selecting Capture Scanner in Scan for ISIS "4514: File not found" (Doc ID 1542830.1)

Symptoms

Trying to load an HP Scanjet 5590 scanner in Scan for ISIS. When selecting the scanner in the "Select Scanner" dialog in Manage Scan Profiles, the scanner appears in the list as:

hp scanjet 5590 (IS NOT INSTALLED)

After selecting that scanner the following error is returned:

File not found.
Can't load driver.

Followed by another message stating:

4514: File not found.

This same scanner works in the WebCenter Distributed Capture (formerly Oracle Distributed Document Capture) client.
