Worklist fails due to the following error:

You are connecting to OID store using SSL

You have copied system-jazn-data.xml from another server as documented in

ROLES IN SYSTEM-JAZN-DATA.XML LOST AFTER RESTART OF SOA, BAM SERVERS (Doc ID 1328313.1)

but it it did not resolve the issue.
