Last updated on JUNE 11, 2013
Applies to:
Oracle Access Manager - Version 11.1.1.5.0 to 11.1.1.5.0 [Release 11g]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g - SharePoint 2010 integration - trouble opening documents from SharePoint.
Oracle Access Manager 11g is integrated to protect Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and provide single sign-on (SSO). The SSO works fine. Once integrated with OAM for SSO, the Microsoft documents using the Microsoft Office client can not be opened on the local computer. It gives an error "Cannot find document <>".
Challenge parameter max-age is set as "ssoCookie:max-age=3600" in the OAM Auth scheme that is used for SharePoint integration.
It has been verified in the SharePoint database that the documents have data in them and that the issue is only that OAM is blocking it. This happens for every document hosted on the SharePoint site. It is also confirmed that Microsoft Office documents can be opened without any issue when not using OAM.
