Symptoms

Custom AccessGate cannot communicate with the OAM managed server over simple mode

Following errors are seen in oam-diagnostic logs

oracle.security.am.asdk.AccessException: OAMAGENT-02055: An AccessGate with id TestAAAccessGateHost has not been configured through the Access System Console.
