Symptoms
- An OSSO Agent has been registered with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g and mod_osso has been configured on the Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) serving application requests to protect the application resources.
- Although OHS starts successfully, when the protected application resource is accessed an OAM 11g Server page is displayed with error in red "System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."
Expected result is that the OAM SSO login page would be displayed.
Steps to reproduce
1. Access mod_osso protected resource e.g. http://<FQ_HOSTNAME.DOMAIN:PORT>/<PROTECTED_RESOURCE>
2. OAM error page is displayed.
