Goal

On Windows7 OS machines containing the most recent version of InternetExplorer (version10 as of this writing)

When logged into WebCenterContent (formerly UCM), when clicking the contentID of a content item to open the file, a dialog pops up asking if I want to "open", or "save" or "save as".

Is there a way to make the default the behavior to "open" the file rather then to present the dialog box with all of the options?
