Symptoms
User profile reverts to default skin and menus - the pne_portal.hda file has the correct settings e.g. lm_Skin=Oracle lm_Layout=Trays - but those settings are not reflected in the users GUI. In the GUI Profile window, the skin and layout selectors are blank (no available options).

End User updated their browser to an unsupported browser version.
