Last updated on APRIL 29, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Data Integrator - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When executing an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Scenario, the execution is most frequently performed normally.

However, when the database is heavily charged, then timeouts occur even when the retry and timeout properties have been set as indicated in Note 423721.1 - How To Modify ODI Timeout Values;

It is interesting to note that when observing the database alert files we notice that at exactly the same time that the issue occurs a problem with the archive logs is signaled.
