Oracle Data Integrator - Version 10.1.3.2.0 and laterOracle Data Integrator on Marketplace - Version 12.2.1.4.200123 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When executing an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Scenario, the execution is most frequently performed normally.
However, when the database is heavily charged, then timeouts occur even when the retry and timeout properties have been set as indicated in Document 423721.1 - How To Modify ODI Timeout Values;
It is interesting to note that when observing the database alert files we notice that at exactly the same time that the issue occurs a problem with the archive logs is signaled.
