Symptoms
Using Toplink 11.1.1.4.0, when EclipseLink log level is set to FINE, many java.util.MissingResourceException exceptions can be thrown by the org.eclipse.persistence.internal.localization.EclipseLinkLocalization class.
The MissingResourceException exception is not thrown if EclipseLink log level is not set to FINE.
