OSB - How to Access Email Attachments

Information in this document applies to any platform.
OSB is configured to poll email.
Those emails may be sent by various email clients and may be received from various email servers.
Depending on the email client, email server, and email body content, the attachment is stored differently.
For example, using Thunderbird with Apache James will place the attachment content (e.g. CSV information) into the attachment body element like:
