Symptoms

After logging into the EDQP Admin web page, the page is blank. 
Logs show:

 

Changes

The fundamental problem that causes these symptoms is that EDQ can't get to the EDQ Repository.  Most often this is the result of missing a step when migrating the EDQP internal database from Derby to Oracle or Postgres.

We have also seen this if the PDQRepository connection defined in Weblogic is incorrect, pointing to an invalid port, for example
