Tuxedo Workstation Client Getting LIBWSC_CAT:1055 Error When Trying Establish A Connection To A Tuxedo WSL Server Process (Doc ID 1544084.1)

Symptoms

Connections, by a client, to a Tuxedo WSL workstation listener server process sometimes fail with a LIBWSC_CAT:1055.

The workstation client is run on the same machine where Tuxedo server is running for testing purpose. Below is the client trace log:
