Messages in a JMS Queue are Read Multiple Times

Messages that are written to a Java Messaging Service (JMS) queue are getting read by the eInsight business process (BP) multiple times (in some cases, as many as 21 times) instead of only once. All the JMS properties are set to default values. The BP has the following setting of 'Max Concurrent Instances = 5'. An exception error message was not thrown from the BP, but it did hit a 'Terminate' activity.
