Admin Console Becomes Slow When a Managed Server is Disconnected From the Network (Doc ID 1544299.1)

Symptoms

The WebLogic Server 10.3.x domain consists of several managed servers on different physical host machines. When one of the host machines is shut down, the admin console is very slow to respond.

For instance, when one of the managed server hosts is shut down without stopping any of the managed server processes gracefully, then the admin console becomes very slow to respond (3-4 minutes to switch between pages).
