How to make iPlanet Web Server avoid the SiteMinder directives when processing "perf-dump" requests.

If the iPlanet Webserver perf-dump request goes through the SiteMinder configration will fail with "500" response code:

This is because the Siteminder plug-in service is catching the request and processing it.
