B2B 11g - Healthcare Adapter Exceptions from an Outbound Endpoint Cannot be Parsed by IpException.xsd (Doc ID 1545243.1)

Symptoms

Exceptions produced from outbound endpoints configured in the B2B Healthcare Adapter are producing XML that cannot be parsed by the ipExceptions.xsd.
Produced exceptions are of the following type:

ERROR
