Symptoms
12c:
Attempting to replace Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c DSA Config Entry Cache Max Size attribute (orclecachemaxsize) with a value lower than 1G fails with:
210000000
modifying entry cn=dsaconfig,cn=configsets,cn=oracle internet directory
ldap_modify: DSA is unwilling to perform
ldap_modify: additional info: Invalid value for orclecachemaxsize
11g:
When attempting to update the value of "Maximum Entry Cache Size (Bytes)" parameter to, e.g., 190MB or 200MB, the following error occurs:
From OID Server Properties under Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware (FMW) Control console:

Steps to reproduce:
1. From EM, navigate to Oracle Internet Directory menu, select Administration > Shared Properties.
2. In the General Tab, attempt to update Maximum Entry Cache Size (Bytes) to 190000000 or 200000000 and click Apply to see the error above.
