Compute Node Hangs During Exalogic Upgrade to PSU Upgrade to 184.108.40.206.1 or 220.127.116.11.2

While upgrading to PSU 126.96.36.199.1 (or 188.8.131.52.2), one of the compute nodes is patched without any problems. Then, when using DCLI to patch all the other compute nodes, almost all succeeded without issues, except for one compute node.
The compute node that failed apparently started the upgrade process, made some changes, and at a point just stopped. Below is a snippet of the ebi log file (/var/log/ebi_20301.log) for this node. See the following last lines:
