Domain Creation with ConfigtoScript gives exception AttributeError: lookupWatch (Doc ID 1545722.1)

Symptoms

In WebLogic Server 10.3.5 and higher, a "AttributeError: lookupWatch" is observed when using WLST. The issue can be reproduced by following these steps:

  1. Create a domain creation script using the configtoscript() command.
  2. Now when using the generated script to create a domain on another machine, this exception is seen:
