CSG: Usernames In Uppercase And Lowercase Are Handled Differently (Doc ID 1545969.1)

We are using a credential sharing group with two applications and "username" as key credential. The first application is provisioned via v-GO PM or added via Logon Manager with the username in uppercase. When adding the second application and entering the username in lowercase characters E-SSO doesn't prefill the password.
