Symptoms
It is common to configure Oracle iPlanet Web Server 6.1 or 7.0 to disallow directory listing of directories that do not contain a defined default html page such as index.html, home.html, etc. However, after following the instructions provided in <Document 1192870.1> (How to Disable to Listing of a Directory's Contents in Oracle iPlanet Web Server), URIs serviced via proxy by the WebLogic Reverse Proxy Plugin do not necessarily have directory listing disabled.
