SOA Server Hangs Waiting for WSDLManager or SchemaManager (Doc ID 1546325.1)

Goal

In SOA 11.1.1.6.5 when executing stress test, BPMN processes get stuck until they timeout (after set JTA Timeout).

Detailed analysis shows that a large number of threads get blocked in the following two places:

"orabpel.invoke.pool-9.thread-50" prio=3 tid=0x000000001d0b5800 nid=0x742 waiting for monitor entry [0xfffffd7fcd23b000]
  java.lang.Thread.State: BLOCKED (on object monitor)
at oracle.fabric.common.wsdl.SchemaManager.lookupSchema(SchemaManager.java:377)
- waiting to lock (a oracle.fabric.common.wsdl.SchemaManager)
at oracle.fabric.common.wsdl.SchemaManager.lookupXSDElementDeclaration(SchemaManager.java:631)
at com.collaxa.cube.xml.xsd.SchemaToXML.generateXMLElement(SchemaToXML.java:369)
at oracle.bpm.bpmn.engine.runtime.CXElementDataElementVariable.initValue(CXElementDataElementVariable.java:98)
at oracle.bpm.bpmn.engine.model.runtime.util.DataHandlingUtils.performCopy(DataHandlingUtils.java:986)
