While Restarting AIA_JmsAdapter_Config Deployment Fails With The Following Error "The ra.xml <connection-interface> class 'oracle.tip.adapter.jms.IJmsConnection' was not found in the resource adapter archive/application" (Doc ID 1546466.1)

Symptoms

AIA_JmsAdapter_Config does not deploy when the server is restarted.  However, after the server is up and running, a manual deployment of 'AIA_JmsAdapter_Config' is successful.

 

The following error is logged at startup:
