Symptoms

After following the steps described in the Community 11gr1 Developer's guide: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29495_01/doc.1111/community_11gr1_dev_guide.pdf
2.4.1 and 2.4.2 and having restarted the application, the Janrain login option is not displayed as an option in the Login Bar configuration.
