Symptoms
Manual Deploy of Sites and CAS failing on weblogic domain
weblogic.Deployer invoked with options: -adminurl http://webcenter:7001 -user weblogic -targets webcenter -nostage -name cas -deploy /opt/XXX/XXXXX/applications/sites/cas
Task 3 initiated: [Deployer:149026]deploy application cas on webcenter.
Task 3 failed: [Deployer:149026]deploy application cas on webcenter.
Target state: deploy failed on Server webcenter
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.log4j.PropertyConfigurator
Exceptions in Weblogic logs:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Related to the following classes
- org.apache.log4j.PropertyConfigurator
- org.apache.log4j.LogManager
org.apache.commons.logging.LogConfigurationException: User-specified log
class 'org.apache.commons.logging.impl.Log4JLogger' cannot be found or is not useable.
