Symptoms

Spaces often throws errors similar to the following during periods of high activity:

Caused By: oracle.mds.core.ConcurrentMOChangeException: MDS-00165: metadata Object "/com/mortgagefamily/taskflows/loanstatement/pages/<your file name>.jsff" has changed
MDS-00164: There is a concurrent "UPDATE" operation on the document "/com/mortgagefamily/taskflows/loanstatement/pages/mdssys/cust/user/anonymous/<your file name>.jsff.xml".


The log indicates a failure during the failover process to the MDS:
