Intermittent Internal Error Message when Approving a Human Task in Webcenter using Process Spaces Integration (Doc ID 1546933.1)

Randomly, when completing a human task (HT) form an 'Internal Error' web page is displayed as per below:


Straight after, a 'Because of inactivity, your session has timed out and is no longer active. Click OK to reload the page' error message window may appear.

After clicking the 'OK' button, the BPM Workspace returns to the HT list and shows that the actual HT has completed successfully.

The WebLogic Server diagnostic log file has the following timestamp entry:
