Symptoms

UCM 10gR3 10.1.3.3.3 with Integrated with Primavera Contract Management (PCM) was upgraded to UCM 10gR3 10.1.3.5.1 and now the following error appears in the logs:

 Upgraded UCM 10G from 10.1.3.3 to 10.1.3.5
