CS Creates Non Expiring Sessions In The Publish Target (Doc ID 1547782.1)

Symptoms

Each time we run a publish there are some sessions created on the publish target system that never expire. Consequently over time the publish target has many sessions with a "-1" timeout that never expire. How can we prevent this?
