Symptoms

On WebCenter Sites 11gR1 Bundle Patch 1 or later, posting a form results in a login page instead of the page that was posted to, even though the pagename was added to the excludedURLs in ReqAuthConfig.xml, as described in <Note 1507645.1> - 401 errors after upgrading to Bundle Patch 1.
