Symptoms
The Commit Server processed a batch and committed it (without error), but the batch still remains in the list. When Commit Server attempts to re-process the batch, the following errors are returned:
4008 PRDODCV1 Failed to refresh pages in batch <BatchID>. Error Number: -2147201493, Error: Failed to read from page file.
