Symptoms
Windows Native Authentication ( WNA ) fallback authentication stops working after installing BP02 ( patch:13115859 ) or BP03 ( patch:13473393 ).
A client browser not configured for Integrated Windows Authentication ( SPNEGO ) accesses a WNA protected resource.
The browser prompts for basic authentication.
After providing correct credentials the basic authentication prompt is reappears.
The same credentials work accessing a resource protected by the OAM basic authentication scheme.
Changes
OAM Bundled Patch Sets BP02 ( patch:13115859 ) or BP03 ( patch:13473393 ) have been installed.
