Webcenter Content Shortcuts Are Not Visible When Using Content Presenter

Goal
Content shortcuts are being created in Content Server.
These work fine in the Content Server.
However, these Content shortcuts are not visible when using Content Presenter in Webcenter Portal.
This can be confusing and could potentially result in content managers uploading duplicate documents.
Can we change this behaviour so that the Content Presenter shows these shortcuts ?
