Symptoms

 After successfully upgrading OID from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7 and OAM from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.7. After restarting all servers login to protected application, the end user gets redirect correctly to the Custom Login page, but then hits the OAM Login page error message:

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error,
please contact the Administrator.

Changes

 This happens after successfully upgrading OID from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7 and OAM from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.7.
