dpadm : 11.1.1.5.1 B2012.0612.2307 ZIP
High cpu after upgrading from DPS 6.3.to 11.1.1.5.1.
The issue appears to be due to connections from the DSCC.
Changes
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create Proxy server instance on 11g via command line.
2. Register the 11g proxy instance to DSCC 6.3 <- UNSUPPORTED. Reference details in "Cause", below.
3. Use DSCC feature to copy configuration from existing 6.3 configuration to 11g instance.
4. Change the data sources in the proxy configuration for 11g using DSCC 11g
