Tuxedo GWSNAX Server Does Not Reconnect To CRM After CRM Reboot

Symptoms
There is a GWSNAX reconnection problem when a CRM process is rebooted after a Mainframe LPAR IPL
If CRM is stopped and there is an ON_STARTUP connection testing before booting CRM, then it doesn't reconnect and ULOG shows the following messages:
135704.639.myTuxHost!GWSNAX.1015942.1.0: LIBGWS_CAT:2231: ERROR: Unable to connect to CRM CICSCRM0
135704.639.myTuxHost!GWSNAX.1015942.1.0: LIBGWS_CAT:2401: ERROR: Unable to convert SNACRM network address for CICSCRM0
