Tree Applet Dialog Pop-up Loses Focus (Doc ID 1549558.1)

Symptoms

When you use the tree tab applet to navigate, sometimes a dialog box will pop up, asking the user for input. This dialog box is not automatically focused on when it pops up, and will not allow you to click into it. The workaround is to click in a separate window then back to the input pop-up, and you should be able to complete the operation.

This is happening on OSX 10.8.2+, running JRE 1.7.0_10 with both FireFox and Safari browsers.
