Symptoms

Oracle Reports creates a PDF output using DESTYPE=CACHE. The correct report is displayed on first attempt, but the next reports continue displaying the first output incorrectly. It appears the web browser cache is not being refreshed. It reproduces from rwservlet URL or using Forms WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT built-in.
