Spaces sometimes is unable to find the customer logo file in the MDS and reverts to the standard 'Oracle' logo.
Clicking the default logo ('Home' link) or re-navigating to the Spaces home sometimes resolves the issue but is not a reliable workaround.
Re-uploading the logo via Spaces Administration sometimes fixes the problem temporarily, other times not at all.
