Cannot Import New Scheduled Task with Deployment Manager or Delete it from MDS

Created a new custom scheduled task.

However, when trying to upload the scheduled task using the "Import Deployment Manager File", it errors with a dependency is missing.
- This dependency is listed as NewEBSScheduledTask.xml.

When trying to upload the task along with the scheduled job, then an error saying that NewEBSScheduledTask.xml is already loaded.

When trying to delete the metadata so that it could be reloaded properly, got the following error...
