Capture Virtual Printer Issue: RTF Files Fail to Import or Contain Garbled Text After Importing

When using the "Oracle Document Capture" Virtual Printer (Black Ice Print Driver), the following issues may be encountered when attempting to import .RTF files:
- The file fails to import. The message seen in the Import Server log is: No pages were added to the new batch. Error occurred during the batch importing.
- The file is successfully imported, but the text on the imported image is garbled.
