Upgrading OIM 11.1.1.5 To 11gR2 Fails with ORA-00942 (Doc ID 1551560.1)

Symptoms

The following error shows up in the upgrading process when trying to execute the function CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW ADMIN_ROLE_MEMBERSHIP_VW.

Error while executing PSA script to upgrade OIM schema.
