After Upgrade Transaction Distribution With The RANGE Function May Fail, Processing All The Transactions In The First Range (Doc ID 1552257.1)

 After applying the patch 16445557 your RANGE function may not work as previously,  but is only if NO columns are specified in the The RANGE function. The bug will cause all the transaction will be processed in RANGE 1 instead of been evenly distributed to the number of ranges specified.  This may show as a large lag in ONE replicat  and no lag in the others


The version of OGG where this is a problem is 

Version 16363018 OGGCORE_11.


Changes is an interim patch release of OGG has this is a regression bug until it has been fixed in OGG and higher
