ODSEE upgrade to on Redhat 5.6.

Followed the upgrade procedure from -
Upgrading an Existing 11g Release 1 or 7.x Zip Distribution Installation -

Afterwards, when trying to start/stop the pre-registered DS and DPS instances from the DSCC, it asks for authentication and tries to connect to cacao agent.
