Symptoms


In WebCenter Portal Discussions taskflow, WebCenter allows a "Participant" to edit the post that was created by other users. 


"Participant" should not be able to edit the topic that was created by other users. If the user doesn't have permission to edit the topic, then the "Edit Topic" button should not be displayed.
