While executing OIM tool FVCUtil.cmd, found the below error.
nested exception is:
weblogic.socket.MaxMessageSizeExceededException: Incoming message of size: '10000080' bytes exceeds the configured maximum of: '10000000' bytes for protocol: 't3'
This issue remain though Maximum Message Size Limit is changed to 20000000 on WLS.
- it still gave the "configured maximum of: '10000000' " error.
