Logon Manger Not Submitting Credentials After Adding A New Credential

In rare cases when accessing an application for the first time, after recognizing the template and prompting the user for their credentials with the new logon dialog box, the Logon Manager agent then fails to inject credentials.
The credential is however created in the user's logon manager profile, and upon refreshing the the application the template is recognized and the credentials are injected correctly.
