Oracle iPlanet Web Server Fails to Start with SIGILL on AIX (Doc ID 1553086.1)

Symptoms

Oracle iPlanet Web Server 6.1 on AIX 6.1 fails is unable to start up,  While starting to iplanet instance its giving the below error.

Changes

IBM Patch-set is applied AIX61-TL7-SP6(oslevel -s == 6100-07-06-1241).
This issue is not seen with AIX61-TL7-P4(oslevel -s == 6100-07-04-1216)
Problem seen with any JDk 1.5.0 but the ones tested are:

[Not seen on AIX 5.3 too or if Java 6 is used]
