Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager(OAM) 11g Failure Page Not Invoking (DefaultRetryLimit )

Oracle Access Manager 11gr2 (OAM 11.1.2.x)


Configured failure url for a policy application domain.
The url does not work even if we key in wrong username or password.
The login page just comes back when there is login failure.
