Symptoms

When creating and applying a custom skin to a Space in a two-node WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.6.x cluster, the WebCenter Space will not always be displayed correctly. This problem can persist for some period of time or until a restart of managed servers.

This issue also affects Custom WebCenter Portals.
